***During the hot summer months, there is a possibility that nutrition bars will melt during shipping. Please keep this in mind before ordering. If you have any doubt, do not purchase nutrition bars during the summer months. We DO NOT accept any returns on nutrition bars for any reason during June - September.***
Ordering Information:
* Orders can be placed online at our secure site.
Payment Information:
* Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
* Please have all appropriate information including the cardholder's billing address.
* Credit cards are checked thoroughly to verify billing address.
* The security code is also needed to process any credit card payment
Taxes:
* No sales taxes are charged for any state except Alabama.
* Dead Lift Nutrition must charge sales tax in any state we maintain a physical presence.
* Alabama charges tax on all items at a rate of 8%
Return Information:
* All problems with orders must be reported within 24 hours of receiving product.
* We do not accept any returns on merchandise that has been opened.
* All returns must have a return authorization number visible on the package. Orders sent back without a return authorization number will be refused.
* 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returns.
* Shipping charges will not be refunded.
* Any damaged product must be received by us before any credits are given or replacement product is shipped.
* Dead Lift Nutrition is not responsible for any use, abuse or misuse of the products sold on this website. All information on this website is intended solely for reference purposes. We do work hard to make sure our information is accurate. However we are not able to ensure that the contents on this site represent the most current product formulation in all situations. For our Electronic Products:
All products sold have an available extended warranty which we sell through square trade. Please contact us at [email protected] for warranty information. If any product arrives DOA, please, immediately contact us via [email protected] and we will remit you an RMA#.
Please DO NOT SEND a product back without an RMA#. The product will be discarded and no refund will be given.
All Electronic items are refunded minus shipping charges. (I.E. You will no get a refund on shipping charges)
All working items have a 14 day money back policy, where you are able to return it within 14 days if you feel that you do not want the item.
NOTE: ALL ITEMS returned due to "Did Not Want" will require a 25% restocking fee.
NOTE: We only sell new or like new electronic merchandise. Our electronics division, discount wholesalers, does not participate in reselling salvage or over used merchandise.
